She is originally from Akron, Ohio.  She has been in radio since 1990 working for stations WHK in Cleveland, OH, WHBC in Canton, OH.

Charlotte attended the University of Akron earning a double major in Music Education and Vocal Jazz Performance and a double minor in Communications and Psychology (Clinical Emphasis).  She went on to teach at the prestigious Oberlin Conservatory of Music and to perform and work nationally in television, as a Music Director, Recording Artist, Jazz Vocalist, Jingle and Studio Musician, Background Vocalist for Paul Anka, national touring actress and, internationally, as a Runway model. 

As a counselor, national motivational speaker, and corporate consultant for over 15 years, Charlotte speaks with audiences nationally in the areas of childhood trauma, overcoming obstacles, personal and spiritual growth, impacting leadership, casting vision and reclaiming lost dreams.
